Praised by JAZZIT Magazine as one of Italy’s finest jazz organists, Manrico Seghi blends driving bass lines with fluid, soulful phrasing, deeply rooted in the bebop tradition.
Born in Fucecchio (Florence) in 1980, he began playing piano at the age of four and soon found himself performing with some of the top musicians in his city. His passion eventually led him to the Hammond organ, inspired by legends such as Jimmy Smith, Joey DeFrancesco, and Larry Goldings.
